Hayssam and Emma were a attentive, detailed oriented and wonderful team and helped me with my acute eye issue swiftly, while giving me the details about my condition and also referring me to the appropriate specialists/Drs required. Hayssam also followed up about my eye frequently to ensure that things were not worsening rapidly, which was very thoughtful. I have not had an optometrist follow up before! They also fitted me in around their schedule for repeat eye assessments, which gave me so much peace of mind. Would highly recommend this place to anyone! In my opinion, this is the best optometrist I've been to in the last 15 years of optometry visits!

My partner and I have been going to see the guys for ... years now! Consistently top level, great care, amazing lenses (like really amazing), great after sales care (a rarity these days). AND they don't try to sell you new frames on every lens up-grade. I've made the mistake of going to another optometrist through our health fund. Never again. Buy once, buy well. Thanks guys. I had a life changing experience at Optometrix with Dr Hayssam Khalaf. After experiencing sudden loss of vision in my left eye, Hayssam stayed back after hours to test my eyes and quickly diagnosed optic neuritis.He arranged a referral for immediate treatment at Sydney Eye Hospital over the long weekend. Thanks to his expertise and early intervention, I was able to have it treated and have since made a full recovery.

What stood out the most was how involved Hayssam remained during my treatment at Sydney Eye Hospital—constantly checking in and offering support. His professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail truly saved my vision.

Dr Haysamm was thorough, but explained every exam he performed so I knew what was to come.
